What can I do….??

Okay I turned up positive for THC on a drug test for pre-trial diversion.When I was given the results it had been more than 45 days since I last smoked.Thinking the test must be wrong I headed to CVS and got a home drug test kit.Which also came back positive.Now I’m told to expect a letter for when my next court date will be.Besides taking my own test and giving the results,which as of 2 days ago was positive, to the judge what other evidence or facts can I present?The whole 30 days and it’s out of your system is either way wrong or I’m one of those “rare” occassions.That or smoking all day everyday and being overweight like I am allowed it to stay in my system so far beyond 45 days now.Any advice?
They gave me 30 days from the time I started pre-trial diversion before they tested me.Can I use that since that is really the reason i failed
I’m not going to jail.I’m getting 6 mnths to 1 yr probation go get your rocks off elsewhere.
